We believe that rest is your most profitable business strategy.

DEW exists to prove that rest isn't the opposite of ambition - it's the foundation of it. We're on a mission to create a generation of "selfish" women entrepreneurs who understand that putting themselves first isn't just okay, it's essential. Through our capacity-based planning tools, community, and experiences, we give women permission to rest without guilt, set boundaries without fear, and build profitable businesses on their own terms. Because when women thrive, everything they touch thrives too.

Who is DEW for?

If you've ever snapped at your kids or loved one after a long day, stared at your beautiful planner without actually using it, or realized you can't remember the last time you weren't exhausted - DEW is for you. We help women entrepreneurs who are ready to stop running on empty and start building a business (and life) that doesn't require burning out to succeed.

Our Vision

To create a generation of women entrepreneurs who prove that rest isn't the opposite of ambition, it's the foundation of it. We envision a world where building a successful business doesn't require sacrificing your wellbeing, and where capacity-based planning replaces burnout as the norm for how ambitious women work.

Meet the Founder

For nearly eight years, Alisha flowed in and out of burnout, believing it was simply part of life as an entrepreneur. It wasn't until she became a mom and experienced postpartum depression that she realized how she was building her business was no longer sustainable. With the help of therapy and learning to prioritize her wellbeing, she made the difficult decision to close her coaching business and fully focus on her family, healing, and deciding what came next.

Through that intentional time off, Doing Everyday Well was born—the resource she wished she'd had years ago. DEW isn't about being perfect or doing everything right. It's about making your wellbeing a daily priority so you can build a business and life that doesn't require burning out to succeed.
