This page is here to answer your questions so you can spend less time figuring things out and more time actually doing well.
Getting Started
-
DEW is not in the App Store yet, but that does not mean you are stuck at your desktop. The app is fully mobile friendly and works beautifully right from your phone browser. Here are three ways to access it:
Go to [INSERT URL] in your phone or tablet browser and leave the tab open for easy access.
Save it as a bookmark in your browser so it is always one tap away.
Add it to your phone's home screen so it feels just like an app. On iPhone, open the link in Safari, tap the share icon at the bottom of the screen, and select Add to Home Screen. On Android, open the link in Chrome, tap the three dots in the top right corner, and select Add to Home Screen.
-
Yes. When you visit the app for the first time you will be prompted to create an account with your name, email address, and a password. This keeps your data private and makes sure your capacity history and ME Hour plans are saved just for you.
-
You get 7 days free when you sign up. You will be asked to enter a payment method to start your trial but you will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime before the 7 days are up and you will not owe anything.
-
After 7 days your subscription begins automatically and you will be charged $29.99 quarterly.
-
You can manage your subscription directly from the Settings page inside the app. If you run into any trouble email us at support@doingeverydaywell.com and we will take care of it for you.
