Privacy Policy
Doing Everyday Well LLC Last updated: June 2026
A note before you read:
Your privacy is not an afterthought at DEW — it is a core value. We built this platform on the belief that your data belongs to you. We collect only what we need to make DEW work for you and we will never sell it. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
1. Who this policy applies to
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the DEW platform operated by Doing Everyday Well LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company located at 197 Crawford Parkway, Clayton, NC 27520.
By using DEW you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy.
2. What information we collect
Information you provide directly:
Account information — when you create a DEW account we collect your first name, last name, email address, and password. Your password is encrypted and never stored in plain text.
Profile information — you may choose to add a profile photo, bio, website, and social media links to your profile. This information is optional.
Phone number — if you opt in to text reminders we collect your phone number. Providing your phone number is entirely optional.
Onboarding responses — during onboarding we ask you four questions about your experience with burnout, how you respond to low energy, what rest looks like for you, and your first month goal. These responses help us personalize your experience.
Wellness data — DEW collects the data you actively input including your weekly Capacity Calculator responses and results, your daily mood check-ins, your ME Hour plans and completion records, and any community posts or comments you create.
Payment information — when you subscribe to DEW your payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. We only store a Stripe customer ID that allows us to manage your subscription.
Mailing address — if you choose to claim your founding member gift we collect your mailing address through a separate form hosted by Tally. This information is used solely to send your gift and is stored separately from your DEW account data.
